During the initial examination, Ms. Sabiha stated that my crown area was completely suitable for transplantation. Then Dr. Ali arrived and repeated the same thing; he even stated that my donor area was in "very good condition." However, what I experienced after the procedure was the complete opposite of what was said. First of all, they promise a "painless, comfortable operation" everywhere. Is that true? I spent 7 hours writhing in pain from headaches and neck pain during the operation. During the anesthesia, they said "only 5-7 injections will be given," but approximately 30 injections were administered. The same thing was repeated for the transplant area. How do you explain such a significant difference? Is it that easy to mislead people? During the channel opening phase, the entire crown area was treated, but during the transplant, I saw that even half the work hadn't been done. Let's say there can be mistakes, but is such a large deviation acceptable? When I asked the doctor, his answer was: “I never said anything like that.” Do you know what that means? It's a blatant insult to my intelligence! As if I'm someone who doesn't remember what was said, who doesn't question anything. The tone and approach were unacceptable. Furthermore? The doctor told me after the operation, "You can go home alone." The result? I couldn't stand up, I fainted in the car. The operation finished at 11 PM, my house was only 20 minutes away, but I only got there at 2:30 AM. I had to sleep shivering in the car. Is this foresight? Is this professionalism? And the most disturbing detail: After the surgery, no one even once asked, "Are you satisfied?" Because I think they didn't have the nerve to ask. They knew perfectly well what they were doing. The initial care vanished as soon as the procedure was over. Conclusion: There's a huge gap between what was said and what was done. Indifference, inconsistency, arrogance, and zero sense of responsibility. Think five times, not twice, before making a decision about your health. I lived through it, don't you have to. My rating: Even 1 star is too much!

Doktor bana operasyon sonrası “tek başına eve gidebilirsin” dedi. Sonuç? Ayakta duramadım, arabada bayıldım. Operasyon 23.00’te bitti, evim sadece 20 dakika uzaklıktaydı ama gece 02:30’da ulaşabildim. Arabada titreyerek uyumak zorunda kaldım. Bu mu öngörü? Bu mu profesyonellik? Ve en rahatsız edici detay: Ameliyattan sonra kimse bir kez bile “memnun musunuz?” diye sormadı. Çünkü bence sormaya yüzleri yoktu. Ne yaptıklarını gayet iyi biliyorlardı. İlk günkü ilgi, işlem biter bitmez buhar olup uçtu. Sonuç: Söylenenlerle yapılan iş arasında uçurum var. İlgisizlik, tutarsızlık, kibir ve sıfır sorumluluk duygusu. Sağlığınızla ilgili bir karar alırken iki kere değil, beş kere düşünün. Ben yaşadım, siz yaşamayın. Puanım: 1 yıldız bile fazla!
