As soon as we agreed on the operation date with Dr. Ahmet, he immediately started providing information, answering any question instantly, and what he said was exactly what happened. First, when we went to the clinic, he drew the lines, etc., and he is truly a very skilled and expert doctor. After the transplant, everyone I showed it to said it looked great, and 3-4 people in my circle are planning to have hair transplants with him. The most uncomfortable part of this procedure is the anesthesia; there is pain when the needle enters, of course, but it's not unbearable. He said you would feel a burning sensation after the medication was injected, and that's exactly what happened. So it burns and hurts, it's a strange situation, but it's not unbearable. After the anesthesia takes effect, they just make small indentations on your head, giving a buzzing sensation, zero pain. Then, let's say they apply water, and you feel your head swelling, again zero pain, but these are unusual events, so it just feels strange. The nurses working with Dr. Ahmet were also very pleasant to talk to, even while doing such a busy job. They even tell you that you can sleep during the procedure; I slept for a while, like I was getting a shave. After the roots are extracted, my doctor starts the transplantation, implanting them with incredible precision, according to the direction of the extracted hair follicles and the direction of the existing hair. (This might be an exaggeration, but he tells you and shows you this 10 days after the transplantation).
On the first night after the transplantation, there's a watery discharge from your neck; my doctor gives you a neck pillow, but I recommend getting an extra one. I slept on my back for one night, and we constantly changed towels. Another piece of advice: I walked 12 km on the second day just to prevent swelling from spreading to my face and forehead. From lying down and walking, the back of my head felt like a balloon, and the swelling immediately started to go down. My doctor, Ahmet, also said I did a good job.
He gives you foam and shampoo and shows you how to wash your hair 2-3 times.
Of course, you sleep with a neck pillow after returning home, but you find a position that suits you; it's not a big problem.
The most annoying part was the itching during the healing period, both in the transplant and donor areas, although this wasn't a major problem. As healing progressed day by day, we started to gently clean the donor areas in the shower without using our fingernails, and the scabs fell off nicely.
Ten days later, I went back for a final wash of the transplant area, but it wasn't too difficult; it could be done at home.
After the 10th day, it's clear that it's done; everyone who sees it says it's done. Of course, I'm currently on day 27-28, and the shock shedding has started. According to my doctor, we'll see 40-60% of the results in the 4th month and full results in the 1st year. He also gave me certain medications to use. After the transplant, he asks for photos every day and checks everything. You're constantly in contact.
In short, the beginning and the development were amazing, and the result will be fantastic.

Diğer bir tavsiyemde ben 2. gün 12 km yürüdüm sırf ödem yüzüme ve alnıma inmesin diye. Yatmaktan ve yürümekten kafamın arkası balon gibi oldu ve anında ödem inmeye ve gitmeye başladı. Ahmet Hocam da iyi yapmışsın dedi.
Köpük ve şampuan veriyor nasıl yıkayacağınızı 2 -3 kere uygulamalı olarak gösteriyor.
Tabi eve döndükten sonra da boyun yastığı ile yatıyorsunuz ama kendinize göre bir pozisyon buluyorsunuz çok büyük bir sorun değil.
En gıcık eden kısım iyileşme döneminde kaşıntı oldu hem ekim hem dönor bölgelerde tabi bu çok büyük bir sorun değildi. Günden güne iyileştikçe duşta dönor bölgelere tırnak kullanmadan artık sert yapmaya başladık kabuklar da döküldü güzelce.
10 gün sonra ekim bölgesine en son yıkama için tekrardan gittim ama çok bir zorluğu yok bu evde de yapılabilir.
10. günden sonra belli oluyor resmen olduğunu gören herkes olmuş diyor. Tabi şu anda ben 27-28. günündeyim şok dökülme başladı. Hocamın demesine göre 4. ayda %40 - %60 1. I found Dr. Ahmet by chance while searching on Google. I did extensive research, and both the reviews and results caught my attention. The confidence he instilled in me during our first meeting led me to decide on a hair transplant. He provided personalized attention throughout the procedure and afterwards. He separated the grafts, created channels, and even accompanied me to the car after the procedure 😊 His team was just as meticulous and attentive. It's been almost 20 days, and I'm very satisfied with the results. My hairline was the most important aspect for me, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. I spoke with Dr. Ahmet about the hair transplant process about three years ago. He had given me very detailed information about the entire process before. We spoke again in November 2025. Again, he informed me in a very transparent and satisfying way.
I had postponed the process because I didn't feel personally ready for a hair transplant. However, when I felt ready, we performed the operation in November 2025.
Dr. Ahmet is completely focused on patient satisfaction before and after the process. He does everything he can to answer all your questions. This built trust in me.
Regarding the surgical part:
My total operation time was almost 8 hours. This includes short breaks and meal breaks.
Since local anesthesia was used, I didn't feel any pain at all. In fact, if there was any possibility of pain, our doctor intervened again.
He even accompanied me from the clinic to the car after the operation.
I sent him photos via WhatsApp every day during the hair washing process. Our doctor provided feedback daily, reviewing the photos. This allowed for an interactive process even after the transplant. Dr. Ahmet's accessibility was very valuable to me and other patients.
On the first day after the transplant, I was called back to the clinic for my first wash. I was shown in detail how to use the washing products. We progressed through this process positively together.
On the 10th day after the transplant, another wash was done at the clinic to remove the scabs. All the scabs in the transplant area fell off.
It's currently my 20th day. My hair has started to grow, and I'm very happy with my hairline. Also, the redness that occurred after the transplant has significantly decreased.
We continue to stay in contact with Dr. Ahmet during this time. We continue to monitor the progress.
I can summarize the process in this way. Because of Dr. Ahmet's approach to patients and his accessibility, I recommended him to a friend. She also had a hair transplant operation with Dr. Ahmet.

Ahmet hocamla 3 yıl kadar öncesinde saç ekim süreci hakkında konuşmuştuk. Daha önce de tüm süreçle ilgili çok detaylı bilgi vermişti. 2025 yılının Kasım ayında da konuştuk. Yine aynı şekilde çok şeffaf ve tatmin edici şekilde bilgilendirdi beni.
Daha öncesinde kişisel olarak kendimi saç ekimine hazır hissetmediğim için süreci ertelemiştim. Fakat sonrasında kendimi saç ekimine hazır hissettiğimdr 2025 Kasımında operasyonu gerçekleştirdik.
Dr. Ahmet Bey, sürecin öncesinde ve sonrasında tamamen hasta memnuniyeti odaklı bir şekilde ilerliyor. Her konuda aklınızdaki soruları gidermek için elinden geleni yapıyor. Bu da bende bir güven oluşturdu.
Operasyonel kısımfan bahsedecek olursak;
Beni toplam operasyon sürem 8 saate yakındı. Bu süreye ufak molalar ve yemek molası da dahil.

Ekim sonrasında 1. Gün tekrardan kliniğe çağırıldım ve ilk yıkamam yapıldı. Yıkama ürünlerini nasıl kullanacağım detaylıca gösterildi. Bu sureci de beraber olumlu bir şekilde ilerlettik.
Ekimden sonra 10. Günün sonunda ise kabuk dökme işlemi için yeniden bir yıkama yapıldı klinikte. Böylece ekim bölgesindeki tüm kabuklar döküldü.
An itibariyle 20. Günümdeyim. Saclarım uzamaya başladi ve saç cizgimden gayet memnunum.ayrıca ekim sonrasında olusan kızarıklık da bayağı azaldı.

I've never seen a team that loves their work so much. They answered even my silly, anxious questions down to the smallest detail. Despite living in the Mediterranean region, I traveled to Istanbul for the transplant with Dr. Ahmet. After all, the number of hair follicles in our donor area is limited, and we don't have the luxury of trial and error. During and after the procedure, I realized how right my decision was. Today is my sixth day after the transplant. While I'm confident of a good result, even if I don't have a single hair left on my head, I'll still be sure that Dr. Ahmet and his team did their job properly. Their communication is truly excellent. They make you feel like you're their only patient. You understand that they are wholeheartedly dedicated to their work and know every detail. My friends who had transplants elsewhere mentioned that they didn't see the doctor throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Ahmet was almost always by my side. The transplant specialists, Eda and Büşra, also do their jobs with great care. I appreciated their ability to remain fully focused for such a long time. I thank them very much for their efforts. Ben işini bu kadar severek yapan bir ekip görmedim. Evham yapıp sorduğum saçma soruları bile en ince detayına kadar yanıtladılar. Akdeniz bölgesinde yaşamama rağmen Ahmet Hoca için İstanbul'a gidip ekimi yaptırdım. Sonuçta donör bölgemizdeki kök sayımız kısıtlı ve deneme yanılma şansımız yok. İşlem sırasında ve sonrasında da ne kadar doğru bir karar aldığımı fark ettim. Bugün ekim sonrası altıncı günüm. İyi sonuç alacağımdan emin olmakla birlikte eğer kafamda bir tel saç kalmazsa bile Ahmet Hoca ve ekibinin işini layığıyla yaptığından emin olacağım. İletişimi gerçekten başarılı. I contacted Dr. Ahmet for a hair transplant. After the examination, he told me that the areas from which my hair would be harvested were very weak and sparse, making me unsuitable for a transplant. I thank him very much for his honesty and wish him continued success.
