hairplantturkey values user privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the platform, why it is used and how you can manage your choices.

hairplantturkey is an independent information platform for comparing hair transplant clinic records in Turkey and reading patient education. It is not a clinic, healthcare provider or patient-record system.
The platform does not currently provide user accounts, payments, location tracking or patient files.
If you submit the contact form, we process the clinic name, contact person and email address, plus optional phone, website, city and message fields. Do not submit sensitive health data, identity documents or payment information.
Server and hosting providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page and timestamp for security and performance.
If you consent to Google Analytics, we record page type, a query-free page path, button and filter interactions, language choice and web performance metrics. Search text, form content, phone numbers, email addresses, review text and personal health data are excluded from Analytics events.
Data is used to answer contact and clinic-listing requests, maintain security and availability, investigate errors and, with consent, understand platform usage and improve the experience.
We do not use this data for automated medical decisions or to build personal treatment profiles.
Personal data is not sold or rented. It may be shared with technical providers needed to operate the service, competent authorities where legally required, or as you explicitly request.
Contact form messages are processed through Resend. With consent, usage analytics is processed by Google Analytics 4. Map links and source records in clinic profiles belong to Google Maps. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
A functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie may store your language. Your analytics choice is stored for 180 days in 'hpt_analytics_consent'. Google Analytics loads when the site opens and may set its own analytics cookies.
Change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer or delete cookies in your browser. Rejecting analytics does not prevent core platform use.
Data transmission in production is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate the service.
Contact requests are retained only as needed for response and legal obligations. Technical logs and Analytics data follow the configured retention periods of the relevant providers. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, access it, correct or delete it, restrict processing and object.
You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it.
Submit privacy, access, correction or deletion requests through the form on the contact page. We may request additional information to verify identity and respond securely.
This policy may change when platform features, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are always published on this page.
